Ace of Escape's Covid Response
We value the health & safety of our guests & staff at Ace of Escape. Ace of Escape has followed CDC guidelines and will continue to do so for minimizing the spread of Covid-19 as well as other contagious illnesses. To know what to expect, we kindly ask you to review the following:
Private Small Groups
To prevent co-mingling, all bookings will be private group bookings. No other parties will join your group. We ask that your group keep social distancing standards from other groups that may be in our shared spaces like our lobby.
Clean Hands & Clean Rooms
We kindly ask all guests to wash or disinfect hands upon arrival. Our staff will be wearing clean disposable gloves & will be using disinfectant on commonly touched objects & all locks before & after each escape room booking. Our staff will be alotted additional time between bookings to follow this protocol. Clean disposable gloves are optionally available.
Masks Available
We ask that immuno-compromised customers or unvaccinated customers wear a mask throughout the entire experience during our busy times in consideration of other groups and our staff entering the rooms after. We kindly ask any participants showing signs of illness to call to reschedule.
